2 Weeks

Nothing really monumental to report. On Tuesday Chris celebrated his birthday; the big 3-0. On Monday we went to our interns' flat and had lunch and cheesecake - so good! Then we went to a movie and dinner with some friends. We had dinner at a yummy bbq place Chris discovered a few months ago. The picture below was taken Tuesday night. In my family, the birthday sign has been hung for every birthday in our house since I can remember so we have carried on the tradition.

Now, in reference to the blog title, two weeks from today is when we depart for Texas. I can't believe it's so close! There's so much to do before then but we're making our way through our to-do lists. The weather has been beautiful lately and today is another sunny day. There's always something to be happy about when the sun is out! :)
